The Attorney General asked the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court to investigate, Susana Correa, Senator of the Democratic Center, for allegedly pressured ‘Ecuadorian hacker Bajaña Daniel Barragan.
Correa, who testified three weeks ago in the prosecution, said he did have contact with the hacker but never pressured him nor took him to a notary to sign a document, as Bajaña Barragan said in a statement to agents of CTI .
The ‘Ecuadorian hacker, who is deprived of his liberty, he confessed to investigators that on one occasion he was intercepted by a group of soldiers in an area of Cali, and that it were that led to a meeting with Congresswoman . On that occasion, he was pressured to testify before a notary that the party had no connection with these illegal activities.
